describe the factors that you see which are influencing employee engagement in your organization. Have you found any evidence for a relationship between employee engagement and their desire to learn and grow?
Factors I will be looking for influencing the employee engagement in the organisation are as follows-
A. Higher monetary compensation is one of the primary factor which will be influencing the engagement of the employee in the organisation because higher monetary compensation will be providing the employee with higher monetary benefits and they will be motivated to work in the interest of the organisation.
B. Non monetary incentives in form of recognition and rewards along with promotions are other factors which will be influencing the employee in order to maximize their performance and engage more for the benefit of the organisation.
C. high level of cooperation among various employees are also motivating and influencing the engagement of the employee in the organisation
D. Better leadership is another factor which will be helping the employee in order to solve their problems and feel inclusive so that they can maximize their efforts to maximize the return of the company.
E. various types of social security schemes and protection of their interest are another factor which will be motivating the employee for working in the interest of the organisation.
Yes, I have found the evidence for relationship between employee engagement as when there will be feeling that there is a high scope of growth of their career and high scope of enhancement of their skills and enhancement of monetary as well as non monetary benefits then they will be working their best in order to maximize the rate of return.
