describe the factors that you see which are influencing employee engagement in your organization? Have you found any evidence for a relationship between employee engagement and their desire to learn and grow?
Factors which will be influencing the engagement of employee in organisation are as follows-
A. Higher compensation is primary factor for engagement of the employee in the organisation and they will always be wanting a higher compensation for their performance
B. Synchronisation of the goals of the individual with goals of the organisation is another factor which will be influencing the engagement of employee in the organisation.
C. Leadership is another factor as when they will be having a better leader,their performance will improve.
D. Better coordination and cooperation among employees are another factor due to which they will be trying to perform their best.
E. Additional rewards in form of non monetary incentives like promotion and other factors which will be improving their performance in the organisation.
Yes, employee will always be wanting to learn from his employer in case he knows that there is a high scope of enhancement of his skills and there is a high scope of promotion and higher monetary incentive as well as non monetary incentive in the organisation then he will be trying to learn from the manager and perform to the best of their ability in order to maximize his rate of success and success of the organisation.
