Describe HR policies in Age neutral hiring

Solutions

Expert Solution

The Human Resources frame policies are to make the organization work in the best of its interest for all age groups and diversity of staff that it has in tandem.

· An age-neutral policy has to make sure that the work and skills of one generation don’t bother others which the culture has to develop to make people of all age groups work together.

· The good policy of the organization has to take the people’s consent to have respect for all irrespective of the age of the employee. The employees have to take all at the skill levels as per the policy which would make the dispute lesser in a team of various age groups.

· No discrimination of hiring has to be issued which would be based on the job need and current physical health conditions to perform them.

· The response to age diversity is a big opportunity for a business to build where the one age group can benefit and learn from another for better knowledge management and skill developments.

· The policy has to adopt a flat organizational structure where the person of all age groups feels like one to make the operations better conducted. This has to be reflected in the age-neutral hiring processes as well as in the operations to validate its uses to the audience.

The age maturity and the balance of work have to be seen which makes neutrality its best application for the people of any age group to have any grievance. Hence the skill and the interest in hiring should be the priority over the age factor and keep it neutral when hiring.
