In my opinion, I would choose to develop the psychosocial development of the child because people are the result of their environment such as, parenting, education, employment, culture, religion etc. This would mean that they would be able to build their personality, motivation, social network etc. with the help of their environment. Developing better people is more important than developing intellectuals without any social skills. When people do not have a favourable environment, they would struggle hard to develop as a better person but people would become better in terms of intelligence, motivation, social skills etc. when they have a favourable environment. When people have better psychosocial development, they would be able to learn from their environment and build enough support system to develop their intellectual development.
