  • The nurse leader can take the initiative to inform the other nurses in advance regarding the culture change
  • The leadership nursing can provide adequate training to the staffs in how to accomodate to teh new chamge in an effective manner
  • Periodic and regular assessment done by the nursing leader to identify any problems faced by the staffs and find a way to solve the solution
