The Organization's culture and Workplace environment play a important role in the success of the Company.But, sometimes Organization culture is also affecting the organization’s ability and the main reason behind this is Knowledge.If the employees of the organization is lack of knowledge for the culture, it can affect the organization's ability to change. Following are the points that help to understand how Culture of the organization affect the ability to change

• In the Organizational culture, organizational behavior have two types of ability- intellectual ability and physical ability.Both the  organization’s ability is affected by the culture of the organization to change.As Intellectual ability help the employees to do the mental activities and help in problem-solving and in physical ability is the capacity to do task or project with demanded stamina and desired strenght.So, both the ability is always affected by the culture of the organization as desired performance of the employee is affected. Which decrease the chance of change in the organization.
• In any organization having a weak culture always affect the behavior of the employees. Which include the low employee's motivation and bad behavior of the employee. So, this behavior always affect the organization ability as employees are less motivated to change in the organization.
