What is the role of culture in your place of work? How is culture acknowledged? If you could change how your place of work acknowledges culture, what would you do differently?

Although most of the societies have their own culture, workplace doesn’t follow it because, each company has its own organizational culture that wouldn’t adopt anyone culture although the base for the organizational culture would reflect the birth place of the company. Thus, workplace prevents people from projecting any other culture other than its own. this would mean that employees need to adopt to the organizational culture irrespective of their own cultural backgrounds thus, creating an equal and amicable environment for everyone. In my opinion, although all the corporations would have their dominant culture from their place of origin, when they move to a host country for business, it’s important to adopt the cultural practices of that country in order not to remain a threat to the host culture. This is true, especially when a company from individualistic culture move to a collective culture.
