Culture changes and spreads in different parts of the world with time. With increasing time, a large numbr of changes occur in the society, which will ultimately lead to a change in the cultural history. Cultures change because the conditions change. Some of the factors that lead to change in culture with time are listed below:

1. Environmental changes: It can also lead to a significant amount of cultural developments. For example, after the introduction of the horse by Spanish settlers, Native Americans of the Western Plains changed their agricultural society to a horse-based nomadic culture.
2. Development in technology: Culture changes through developments in technology, political beliefs and religious ideas. External encounters with diverse societies has increased nowadays because people travel to different parts of the world. They carry their wn culture and tradition when they visit some place and when they come back they have some influence of other culture on their behavior.
3. The development of the automobile and internal cultural change transformed the pace of life, the methods of labor organization, and the geographical distribution of people and jobs.
4. Diffusion of ideas: Cultural change can also occur due to the diffusion of ideas from one society to another.
