Solutions

Expert Solution

A powerful leader is the one who paves the way for an organisation's success ,he sets goals ,determines them and makes his employees work efficiently to reach them ,in doing so he adopts several policies and ideas ,sometimes these ideas either have a positive effect or a negative impact on the ethical business of the organisation.some of the ways a leader can influence the ethical perspective of an organisation are 1) a leader takes the responsibility for his employees deeds in an organisation that makes a good impression among the employees and they collectively work towards their leader's goals 2)when a leader imparts respect and uphold dignity of their labour then the labour will be loyal to leader as well as the organisation 3) when the leader wants to have a fair business in every act of the company he tries to give good incentives to the employees and in return he expects honesty from them which prospers the ethical goals of that company 4)if the leader wants organisation'ssuccess then he will put aside his personal motives so that employees take inspiration form him and don't indulge in unfair businesses 5)a leader's equal treatment of his employees makes way for cooperation within the organisation 6)an ethical leadership always ensures giving credit to all the employees and labourers when the organisation manages profits if it doesn't the moral attitude of the employees will be detached 7)an efficient leader always cares for his employees. inhuman practices such as punishment to labourers who can't fulfill the target , increase in working hours will not be entertained at any cost .This helps the organisation go in a liberal path and shows the lenient treatment of workers by an organisation.

Some of the Negative impacts if ethical leadership is absent are failure of reaching organisation's common goal owing to individual agendas of Everyone, corruption will increase if the leader himself wants to make profits or reach goals by foul means .respect ,dignity ,honesty like terms will not be observed if the leader is unethical.employees may work against the organisation if they are not treated well by their leader which sets tone for the down fall of the organisation.

So for an organisation to succeed it heavily depends on the able ethical leadership of its leader .
