Life span:-

Life span means the length of time for living beings. It is believed than human beings life span is for 120 years.

Life expectancy:-

Life expectancy means the expected number of years that the particular person can live.

Here we understand that the life span means the age that particular type of living beings can live and life expectancy means particular human being or animals can live.

Yes, this is realistic expectation. I am a nurse at hospital and saw 2 to 3 patients with this age and also treated them fir mild fevers,etc.

In blue zones people have longest life expectancy than here. They can live 20% to 30% more than us. The examples of blue zones includes:-

* Ikaria in Greece.

* Okinawa in Japan,etc.

What do scientists learn from blue zones?

The scientists learn that some factors in blue zones leads to increase in their life time. The factors are:-

* Regular physical activity.

* Stress reduction.

* Palm based diet.

* Moderate calories intake,etc.

Centenerians:-

They also have feelings like us. They adapt, resilient and stay optimistic in difficult situations, etc.

* They are also enough stronger to avoid depressions.

* They stay positively and thinks everything in positive manner.

I think we cannot adopt similar lifestyle as teym because we may not have much experience like and we may die earlier than them due to lack of calories,foods,diseases,etc.

Scientists restrict in intaking calories because restring calories intake may avoid diabetes, heart diseases, cholesterol, blood pressure, stroke and other age related diseases, etc.

Yes, we can reduce calorie intake to prevent age related diseases and stay healthy, etc. Foods to avoid to reduce calories are:-

* Sauce.

* Cool drinks.

* Sugar tea.

* Coffee.

* Junk food, etc.

We can live little longer by reducing this calories, But we cannot live as much as people live in blue zones, etc.

No, I don't agree with such type of opinions because avoiding some food items may have chances to live for longer period.So I suggest them to avoid some calories, etc to live for longer period.
