firstly let us understand about types of births

1 - Normal vaginal delivery - its a natural route of hirth where a baby comes out from a natural route that is vagina.

2 - caesarean section - this is a unnatural route where because baby is unable to come through natural route due to any of the reasons like eg. short narrow pelvis, breach presentation, cord around neck etc and so baby is delivered out by opening abdomen by doing a surgery.

Now coming to the question of what nursing care should be taken?

As soon baby is delivered, baby is mopped with sterile cloth and is made clean
if baby doesn't breath by its own than back rub or tap on feet is given as a stimulus for baby to take his/her first breath
vitals are monitored
colour of baby is check to make out whether baby is anemic or icteric
external genitilia are checked or any other congenital malformations are checked
aftivity of baby is monitore
breastfeeding is to be started as soon as possible
