A. What does the speaker (Mary Schaefer) mean when she says, "putting the human back into human resources"? Further develop your meaning of her statement.
By telling people that "putting the human back into human resources" Mary Schaefer means that a person needs to belive in himself and he must think for others. For being a good human it is not needed to be working on some higher posts but it is needed that he should give value to others. If he sees that someone is willing to get more but due to some reason he is not getting it then he must work for him and look for him that the deserving person should get the thing what he deserve.
A peron should be humanly means that he should be helping others, he should be always ethical, he should be trying to bring others upward. He should try to bring the engagement of each and every employee as the employee ebgagement always increases the productivity and to this all everyone just needed to be think humanly not as a manager. This is what Mry Schaefer want to say with her comment.
