Keeping goodwill mean when dealing with customers that means explaining facts about the products with offering very reasonable rates. Goodwill is most vital part or market value of business man and corporate. Building goodwll or managing goodwill means avoiding mispresentation , avoiding charging high price and avoiding misbehavior with customers. Customers retention and customers relationship management are very crucial and tough and explaining facts about products and keep satisfying customers through the positive information and better presales and after sales service leads to keeping goodwill.

Handling negative news also a tactic in market and if a negative news is not managed with best ways then it will destroy the image. Negative news is like flame in jungle that will be unstoppable and in such situations while receiving a delivery of negative news we must have strategy to manage and how bitterly negative news will manage that will control lost of goodwill.
