The nursing care means the caring provided to all patients equally without any discrimination based on gender and race of the patients. at the same time , the nurses also face some issues regarding their racism, gender bias lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, or questioning (LGBTQ) populations and unfair treatment in the healthcare places like hospitals.

--the professional nurses educated to treat all the patients equal and should provide quality of care to all patients. but few times , the nurses sees the patients with discriminating their racism and gender bias and neglets in their conversion of patient problems,

-also avoids providing quality of care to patient , denies their insurances to cover their payments and cannot get proper treatment leads to all patients cannot get their correct care for their diagnosis and increases in rate of mortality.

-- These situation left impression on LGBTQ population think that they cannot get quality of care by healthcare providers in the hospitals and results in those popluation doesnot even go to hospotals to check for their disease diagnosis. even if some members goes to hospitals , they can not openly talk about their health problems and feels shy and hold back them when health care providers about to express racism and gender discrimination.

-the professional black nurses also face these issues when the meetings hold to discuss issues in the hospitals and the other professionals ,management or doctors in high position do not listen to their discussion or feedback  and not pay enough attention to their conversations and it makes them feel avoiding and get bias feeling from the others.

-nurse's professional or personal boundaries as it relates to nursing therapeutics are the nurses should focus on the treating all patients equally even there is racism and gender difference and give quality of care.

-the nurses should adhere to the ethics of not asking parients racism and should not get different opinion. in the nurse and patient relationship, the nurses should gain trust from LGBTQ people and make them feel secure results in the patients can openly tell about their health problems.

--the nurses should respect their patients even with differences in thier personal information and make professional boundaries with patient and should not make patient to feel distress. The nurses should not violate the professional boundaries of patients of their sensitive information and should not express any nonverbal abuse on patients.

--the nurse should provide therpeutic treatment which should meet the all needs of patient and provide quality of care without avoiding boudaries set for patient and nurse. the nurses should not violate these boundaries often and maintain therapeutic relationship.
