The family relations has great impact on the life style of a child and later of an individual.The relationship among the family members play a vital role in developing a good life style such as caring and sharing.The lifestyle is the pathway of a person to his success.The healthy family has a healthy impact on the development of lifestyle,which can be in terms of eating,excesise,sleeping pattern,spending time wisely ,making peer groups,travelling,dressing,studying etc.The life styles are of two types the life style which you chooses and the life style choosen you.Thye life style whci has derived from the family is under the category of the lifestyle you choose.There are life styles which is unhealthy also and that can be obtained from an unhealthy family environment.The helathy life style enhance the quality of life.So it is the responsibility of the each family member to creat a healthy lifestyle for your child as it is pivotal for the healthy society.
