Influence of family on developing lifestyle :

Family is the basic social unit that provides the initial required interaction. The child develops a lifestyle by mimicking the other persons in family.  Whether it is getting up early in the morning to keeping the house neat and tidy , doing household responsibilities like cooking , laundering, gardening, etc to sleeping early . Following a active lifestyle by following regular exercise regimen every thing is influenced by the family. If a person in family is fitness freak, it influences even others in the family. While all this while , it was all about the good lifestyle habits , even unhealthy lifestyle habits are influenced too . Having excessive alcohol, smoking , drugs or every day activities like sleeping late at the night and waking up too late in the morning, following sedentary lifestyle, constant fights in house all have negative impact and the child may develop a lifestyle which is harmful. Therefore, family plays an important role in lifestyle of a person.
