Not only manage pain an other symptoms they assisst in the process of death.commonly the most frequent interrventions in the final days of life were parentral hydration,peripheral catherter, annd oxygen therapy along with analgesia.and the nurses provide emotional support by listening and being present,and the nurses arrange visits with people the dying person want to see for saying goodbye.the concept of loss cna be defind change in status of singiciant object a loss may occur suddenly or gradually , it may be predictable or occur unexpectedly. Grief is appropriate emotional response to an external and consciously recognised loss.it is usually time limited and sbsides gradually ,The grief and mourning happen during a period of time called bereavement , bereavement refers to the time when a person experiences sadness afeter losing a loved one.
