personal nursing philosophy

There is no greater deed than helping a soul. This is literally true with the case of nursing. When a person falls ill and there is absolutely no one else to talk to ,there comes the nurse an angel indeed. Morbidity is same for everyone. Whether you are rich or poor ,powerful or powerless doesn't matter ,when this comes to the case of health. There are times where  all humans Will be separated from their relatives friends and peers At that moment what you have will be a smiling face of a nurse.

I believe our purpose of life is achieving happiness through making others happy. And nursing is one profession that exactly does the same. The joy it gives you once you help a patient When he really need that help Is priceless. Our profession Should not be just a path for our daily bread. But it should be something which you really enjoy and gives you satisfaction.

there are lot of sacrifices that a nurse has to make for her profession. She has to compromise her health children's future family life and the list goes endless. All in return for the nobilityOf that profession and the satisfaction it gives you.

If you ask a bunch of people who has retired from their profession What profession they would have choosen if they are getting a second chance ,The  nurses are going to make the same choice again. Because the respect they gain ,the responsibility they feel ,the intimacy the patients offer is unparalleled even when compared to other healthcare professionals.
