Forensic Psychology is a prominent branch of Psychology.Forsensic Psychologist will often conducted their own reserach , and study onon criminal behaviour and what type traits of criminal have as well as civil courts .in the following reason it is important for forensic psychologist to be competent conductors and consumer of research

1. Forensic psychologist conducted research to find out various strategy in help and to minimize such criminal behaiour and motive the crime. Sometimes , the testimony of forensic Psycholist might be the last piece of the puzzle when trying to convict a criminal.

2. Besides Forensic Psychology has suggested ways to improve the accuracy and faireness of criminal lines up .so obviously he should be competent to conduct reserch to improve the system
