1/ I am ok with your choosen values you have choosen well i am agree with all of them because cooperation stands a big role in all sectors whether business, jobs, research or healthcare systems. Without cooperation one can't reach to success when all persons have common interest like if trustee of hospital has a goal of providing better health services in a minimum cost compare to other hospitals and all the employees also having the same and they are working day and night for achieving this goal then they can achieve it at a higher rate. but if the owner only wants to earn money from hospital or looking hospital as a business one's and doctors goals is to prevent deaths from lack of money here cooperation policy breaks and they can't achieve thier goal.

2/ I think good communication with people for any purpose i.e for spreading health awareness , or for any other reason can change the ideas, rituals , misconceptions at a faster rate, Heath education is very important way to improve health status and decreasing illness and morbidities and also mortaliries, Motivating persons by great works , good communcations can change people mind about health make them health consious and help in eradicating many diseases
