Discourteous is a behaviour towards any individuals that will not be tolerated. Currently somany issue reporting regards to this behaviour.In this, the feelings dinimish a person's ability to think .It may arise due to somany reasons that includes any *discrimination, *adverse events,* frustration and also due to some *medical errors ,this medical errors including personality disorders, behavioural abnormalities,substance abuse and any sort of mental disorders . Discourteous behaviour or unaccepted behaviour through Communication technologies is called cyber incivility. Above mentioned reasons are have high effect on an individual behaviour frustration and adverse life events may leads to change in the behaviour of the individual and they express their frustrations through the phone in a disrespectful manner. And medical errors mainly mental disorders that also have a effect in this individual behavioural changes.It can be solved through some measures like *Establish a code of conduct,* Establish a standard assertive and Communication process, *Implementing a confidential reporting regards to this issues.Differnces in communication styles and power dynamics can also play a vital role to solve this problems.
