Personal debt :
Circumstances where money is lent between friends or family member can often lead to very difficult, emotional situations and can sometimes destroy relationship. Many times, their relationship suffer irreparable damage on account of these Debt. The trouble arise when the debtor fails to repay the debt in the agreed upon timeframe.
There are many way to find collection of funds like, Successful negotiation, Staying Calm , Directly bring up the debt, get to the bottom of the problem, reminder for deadline, letter for demand is my personal experience to solve any problems of recovery of funds .

The biggest challenge for a business owner comes when it's time tk get paid, a little preparation can minimize late payment and develop the business that lets to know when an account is headed for collection. Effectively and working with Financially trouble client as rhey make their way through a rough patch , it may end up with devoted customer for life.

B) Customer who prefer to delay payment
C) customer who will do whatever possible to avoid any payment.
Develop a more focused debt collection strategy to help reduce costs, save time and maximize resources. There are many options to collection of the company that follows below.
1) collation prioritization and strategy ;
Improve collection effort and increase account receivable by identifying account with the highest payment potential, analyzing industry trends and new strategies.
2) Monitor unpaid Company's debt :
Monitor debtors account and to know when customers ability to pay has improved to the account and collect the unpaid balance.
3) Collection management system ;
A comprehensive collection system is critical to keeping to company solvent. The result is a more effective customer focused collection process that turns even hard to find and Difficult debtors into valuable customer.
4) Locate hard to find debtors
Obtain up to date information for most hard to locate debtors, enabling to locate elusive debtors make contact and collect unpaid debt.
5) Avoid confrontation and manipulation
The debtors excuse for not paying is legitimate. If you act like care or can understand the debtors side of the story, it may be able to prevent the person from becoming defensive.
