Describe your best OR worst experience either with a supervisor or as a supervisor? Explain

I can recall my best experience as a supervisor when I was working on a project in my last organization. I was working with a team of 15 employees and the team was given a responsibility of devising a software which can provide the real-time tracking of my client’s sales records and inventory level.

As my company was just a startup thus we had very limited resources both in terms of manpower and the resources. In fact the team which was assigned to me did not had any practical expose of working on these projects and there were many incidents where we felt that the team would not be able to perform the project.

But due to the dedication and hard work of the team members, all the team members assisted each other, took the help of their references and other resources to overcome their limitation and within the project schedule, the team was able to fulfill all the requirements of the project and client was also ecstatic with our program.

This game me immense pleasure and satisfaction as a supervisor that I led such a wonderful tem which never made excuses and put the best effort to accomplish the project objectives.
