The responsblity retained by nurses when tasks are delegated because.Due to the nurses are accountable to the decision to deligate and for the adequacy of nursing.The delegating the nurses accountability for the patient outcomes an associated with nurses delegation,provided the person to whom the task are delegated.RN can delegate task or elemnets of care but they cannot delegate their nursing procces itself.

• 2.The five indivual powers are( i)CORECIVE-The power comes from ones's ability to punish someone else for noncompliance,for example:Through fear of losing their job or their annual bonus(ii)REWARD:In this the power comes from ones ability to issue reward,eg:through a bonusor allowing time (iii)EXPERT:The power comes from one's experienceor knowledge ,eg:A senior surgeon displays the expert knowledge for subordinates to trust them.(iv)LEGITIMATE:The power comes from a persons formal right to issue dierctives eg:The CEO has the right to dectate the strategy.(v)REFERENT:In this the power comes from being trustedeg:where the boss treat everyone fairly wiith respect     REINFORCEMENT:They works by motivating the child has demonstrated the desire behaviour.This makes the behavior more likely to be repeated again in the future.it means that when the chil behaves well ,we encorauge them which make them happy.    3 .When ledership is defined has its coming from lower to higher where we should come throug hard work.it should have so much qualities.But in power it comes from higher to lower so both are different.A great leader cannot be effetive without power .Power and leadership are intextricaly enterwined.The best leaders use both of them .
