a,The shortage of the number of the nurses adversly affect the health care sector in current scenario the Covid 19 pandamic situation. There are vast numbers of nurses and health care workers needed for control and eradication of the covid 19 like disease from the community. Currently the United states phasing the issue with low number of registerd nurse in the contry for the effective action in health sector.

b, In calfornia this current situation the nurses doing hard work for the control and treatment of the pandamic Covid 19. Previously the staf ratio was did according the the law,but now a days it is altered because of the tiight shcedule and the increase number of the patients.
