TIMS is a training information management system, with plans to be executed within 6 months. The project scope statement can be TIMS must be able to successfully execute its first technical training following the Kirkpatrick’s 4 level of training evaluation model within 6 months.

The focus of this system will be to impact technical languages training like Java, Windows, VB, ASP .net. etc.

The various constraints which may be applicable in this project are:

  • Time constraint of successful completion in 6 months
  • Resource constraint of finding the best content and trainer for all the technical languages
  • Financial constraint as making the system user-friendly can be quite costly
