The difference between AON and AOA method are: -
In AON diagram, the activities are represented by nodes whereas in AOA diagram, the activities are represented by arrows.
In AON diagram, the arrow represents the interdependencies or precedence relationships whereas in AOA diagram, the events are represented by nodes.
In AON diagram, activity number and description are written inside the oxis that is the node whereas in AOA diagram activity number and description are quoted on the logical diagram
