According to clinical management,it is little different from formal leadership.The first thing we need is to develop Analytical skills.

you have good industry knowledge ,ethical judgement ,and adaptation to environment.

you will have to set another example for others to follow you.

The leaders will always have the vision of what we can acheive and communicate with this to others to evolve strategies for realizing the vision.

You must be honest always,develop good communication skills.
