• Good morning Doctor. I am MS.Abc who is a registered nurse taking care of your patient Mr.Ambross from the medical and surgical unit.

S-Situation-What is going on with the patient that is about the present status like treatment?

R- Recommendation - What are recommendations of the doctor? Patient safety? Assign and accept the responsibility of the patient.
