challenges for evidence-based care. It improves care quality,
avoids adverse effect, and make efficient team care
coordination.

care in hospitalized patients. COPE also creates unintended adverse
consequences like time-consuming work, high cost for maintenance,
support, training, and cause frustration and potential error when
