Public administrators refers to the organisational structures , manageral practices and the institutionalised values which officials enact in the pursuit of policy implementation and to enact the will of governemnt s .  The government role can be divided in health care into two segments that are in macro isseues and the individual issues .

At the macro level , The federal government addresses health issues that has impact on our 's country health policies as a whole and how teh U.S . policy affect sthe world too. Thse issuse has  been already seen at the funding for the research and prevention of the Zika virus and the funding for the centers for disease control and governments response to the  Ebola outbreak . It means that problem at the macro level are primarily related to funding that how much should the government spend on a program , not wether the program should exist at all.

On the other hand individual level where public administration and health care have a deeper casual relationship . It includes issues related to Affordable Care act and consideration for teh mandatory vaccinations. As the  public administrators have intimate the knowledge of the  health care system , that they are able to providing the  expert advice and the   analysis to tehlawmakers that help in create more effective legislation .public administrators are also critical in repealing or replacing laws that no longer work .
