Why is fracking an issue in Texas? Think at a governmental level, especially involving Public Opinion.
Ans: Fracking: It is the process of injecting the liquid at high pressure in rocks and boreholes etc.
Because of fracking in the Texas the formation of Sinkholes are becoming quiet natural. Which leads to the collapse of roads, rail roads , bridges and dams , gas pipelines and oil pipelines.
The excess oil and gas activity in texas is contributing to the land movements and raising threat of sink holes. As a responsible body we have to mainly concentrate on the safety of people. But the fracking leads to formation sinkholes which leads to the major collapse of all roads , rail road etc. We cannot predict the collapse time also. All of sudden it will occur which will lead to the loss of many lives. And along with the danger the repairing will takes lots of time which will lead to the inconvenience to the public. And it involves lots of money also. So it will became the big issue in texas. And it is not that much advisable to continue fracking may be this leads to the formation of earthquakes one day.
