ANS
The ethical issues that are related to policy are that a public policy should be kept seperated from the political opinions of the evaluator to generate the efficient results and it should be done so that the evaluation should be kept unbiased. The other ethical issue is that an evaluator may evaluate the policy only after seeing the benefit of a certain section of the society and not the whole society and this action may not show the actual and accurate results. The third ethical issue is when an evaluator keeps the personal interest over the societal interest , it happens when a policy which provides personal benefit to the evaluator and is not giving benefit to the society is given better and biased evaluation by the evaluator. The other ethical issue is that the public policy is not always quantitative but it is also having a qualitative approach and which sould also be kept in mind while evaluiation. Also while evaluating public policies the evaluator must be free from greed and other outside influences like bribe etc. The public policy evaluation process be a matter of public information as the public policy are meant for the public and while evaluating that policy the information must be gathered and analysed by the evaluator and the information from every section which is affected by the policy must be kept in concern and this will help to generate better evaluation.
