What is Public Administration?
Itvis a course which involves the study of the process of the implementation of government policies. It helps one undertake civil service after its completion. Its goal is to make advancemebts in the policies such that the government functions well. It involves the study of government decisions and analysis of the policies as well as the inputs for the new policies. It is a discipline as well as occupation. Public administrators generally work both with paper documents and computer files. It makes one eligible to executive actions directly and the leader of the public affairs. It is very imporatnt for a public administrator to work out a way such that the policies work for betterment of the people without any financial or any ither loss to the resources of the state or country. It helps one bridge the gap between the government and citizens of a place. It also keeps a check on the work done by the government as all the proposed policies are checked and ammended if they are not suitable for the public. It doesnt yet have a fixed proper definition. As a course it has subfields like ethics in administration, theories in public administration, policy analysis, policy budgetting and human resource management
