After God and Mother, the second name that comes in mind during pain is Doctors and Nurses. Nurses should be free from any hesitation related to their job and won't feel awkward to represent or introduce yourself in front of society. I think like a nurse my duty to become caring, understanding, nonjudgmental, and have a strong ability to empathize with all types of people that comes from different areas. We should be trained to deal with the patient and their family on a daily basis, we humbly show them we truly care about their situations.

A great quotation said by Pfeiffer "If you do not care about others and yourself, you cannot be compassionate and provide quality care to others."

A good nurse just like an advocate for their patient, because nurses are able to consistently feel compassion and provide better care and comfort for their patients. Nurses should have leadership qualities.

She has good communication skills.

She has the problem-solving capabilities.

She has a great dedication and respect towards her profession.

She has full intuition and humor for their profession.

The most important strengths of a nurse are her flexibility related to the situations she faced on a daily basis. she must be a good team player, extremely organized, leadership abilities, patience, empathy, multitasking, and most important she have to curious about learning new things and research.

Most important she has the ability to keep calm her self and help the patient to give them a better cure, even in the most stressful conditions.

Nursing is a very stressful field in which you work with many different people during difficult and stressful times.

The CODE (NMC 2015a) states that nurses should work in a suitable and non-judgemental way.

Nurses always putting the patient at the center and try to consider all factors that contribute to the better services in a hospital or care center.

By using above all mentioned statements As a nurse I develop a sense of professional identity to guide myself in learning WHAT TO DO and HOW TO DO IT, WHAT TO BELIVE, and WHAT TO VALUE.

Thanks and God Bless You.
