Before talking about personal philosophy on health we must understand about our body first.. every one having different health and body maintenance..I will never go with dieting or skipping any favourite foods..we can find some other alternate for maintain Health and optimum energy..good sleep, healthy diet, exercise, positive thinking is my personal philosophy on health..

Professional philosophy on health promotion/ education:

In health professional world health education and health promotion are very important.. evidence- based practices provide the opportunities to acquire knowledge,attitudes and skills needed to adopt and maintain healthy behaviors..health education clearly explain how to adopt and maintain healthy behaviors..health educator want to help people improve their lives and inform them about health finding..we can provide information to people they need,but not forcing them to change..

Health educator must be understanding,helpful,organised,informative and provide best interest of their people..they must prepare people for their best future..Impact people in a positve way and help people change for the better.. philosophy basically means that health and other components like physical,emotional,spiritual and social needs of your life important in determining one's health..
