One can go to the surgery if the condition of their disease worsens or if there is no improvement with pharmacological drugs. The need of surgery varies according to the disease conditions, age group, gender, obesity etc.

Fir a three years child the surgery should be done by highly professional and experienced pediatric doctor. Because in that age the organs are in developmental stage and anesthesia may cause more side effects. The surgeon will prefer surgery in major conditions only. Surgery in that age may not cause more organ damage because the organs are in developmental stage

For a ten years child, the most seen surgeries are due to accidents. Orthopedic surgeries are often seen. The post operative pain is more in these age group. The need of surgeries depends upon the disease condition.

For a 15 years teenager mostly needed surgies are cosmetic, accident prone. Some birthdefect organ failure surgeries are preferred at this age. Because in this age the child can tolerate post operative pain and high doses of anesthesia.

The three majorly diagnosed diseases in adolescents were sucidal attempts, hereditary diseases and accident prone conditions.

The adults of now a days are easily falling in love and soon after a breakup they are harming themselves. Sucidal attempts are more seen in adolescents.

Hereditary diseases like diabetis, thyroid, cancer etc conditions are mostly seen. They have more inpatient admissions too regarding this.

The third mostly diagnosed condition is accident prone admissions in hospital. Harsh riding, adventures, mountaining etc may result in accidents in these group. Because children of this age group is generally very anxiety to do new things. These accidental cases should deal with high concentration because sometimes they can lead to high risk infections.

New reposnsibilities and new tasks are challenging us from cildhood to death. As a adult we must deal the new things maturilty. Before accepting new responsibilities think twice and then make a decision. When we entering a new college our utmost goal is read and settle down in future. When we are entering into new job it takes time to adapt to new environment. Our most responsibility is to work with all our knowledge impress our higher authorities and perform each and every task perfectly.

In my childhood i think that adults will enjoy their life. They can roam everywhere they want to. They can make their own decisions. Enter new college qith lots of fun and enjoyment. They have new friends, girlfriends.

There is quite a large difference between middle adults and young adults. The young adults always want to copy the middle adults. The money requirements are more in middle adults when compared to young. The needs in young are like buying new things, bicycle, home parties etc. In middle adults parties, new college , car or motorcycle, projects, etc.
