Communicable disease are illness. It caused by virus, bacteria, or fungi. It transmitted by one person to another person through contact with contaminated surface, body fluide, touching, sneezing, air etc.
Some example of communicable disease is - TB, Hiv, hepatitis B, measles, MRSA. now latest communicable disease is covid 19.it spread through one person to another nd country to another country. So this infection is sporadic.
Prevention-wash hand, disinfect commonly used surface, cough nd sneez in to tissue paper, dont share peraonal items, avoid touching, vaccination, and social distence..
Prevention include primary prevention (avoid development of disease eg. Vaccination)
Secondary prevention(early diagnosis and treatment) tertiary prevention (rehabilitation).
Main management of communicable disease- prevention, identify the cause nd prevent the risk factor., and second one after diagnosing communicable disease isolation and keep socialy distence.
