If I have go through a dispute, I prefer Alternative dispute resolution. ADR is a method introduced by corporate experts back in 1980s. It is a method of settling corporate issues between two or more parties/companies without the interference of court. The ADR helps the corporation's to settle the issues without spending a huge financial burden to the court. For example if the company A copies the method or product design of a competing B company then if the malpractice came into the view of court the company A has to settle the company B and also has to pay the penalty of breaking the law. If the ADR is implemented the company A only have to settle the company B.
In ADR ( MEDIATION) is an effective method, The mediation is a method where a third party arises between the rivals and negotiate for the wellbeing and proper settlement of the parties.
For example: when an issue of 500cr arises between Mr Anil Ambani and Ericsson company arised, Anil Ambani was liable for paying 500cr to the Tec-giant Ericsson. Big brother and chairman man of RIL Mukesh Ambani act as a mediator and settled the amount to Ericsson to save Anil Ambani from law disputes.
