Alternative dispute resolution is a very beneficial step for any company because it helps to settle down disputes int he business and go forward which will also help the employees in working in a smooth work environment. Tort law prevents the business in getting losses due to the mistakes committed by some outsiders . This equally helps common man by safeguarding them from being punished for the mistake they did not even commit. Criminal laws help both a business and people from various crimes which results in the disruption of the flow . These laws protect from frauds or and other crimes which causes damage to society. Cybercrimes have high negative impact on both a business and common man as this makes them loose their personal data and hence everything goes public. Intellectual probe gets out facts and this helps in getting justice done either for a business or personal life of people.
