Many components should come together for the success of a project, and emotional intelligence is one of them. A project manager should understand Emotional IQ as he/she should demonstrate emotions on occasions. Also, the project manager should make decisions by evaluating multiple levels and phases. If the project manager feels difficulty in understanding Emotional IQ, it would affect the success of the project. The team would be under immense frustration. If their Emotional IQ is being used well, it would help to achieve success, personally and professionally. This would result in effective teamwork and nurture relationships.

Human factors are more significant for the success of a project than anything else. It is the human resources that transform plans into reality. But also it is challenging as a project is a work that is to be done as a team. And a team consists of individuals who come from various backgrounds and possessing various wants and needs. The project manager must be competent enough to connect all their needs and needs to the common objective. There should always be a good leading strategy for ensuring progress. When dealing with humans the most important thing to know that we are dealing with creatures possessing their own emotions. Hence, it is much significant to be focused on human factors to ensure the success of a project.
