Project management information system :

It is defined as it is a coherent organization of the information required for an organization to do or maintain projects successfully.

It is a typical and includes one or more soft ware applications and methodological processes, for collecting and using information during in project maintainance.

Common features of project management information system:

1. Risk management :

There are so many risks like technical problems and confidential issues ect during maintainance of project management information system, so that type of risks we need to solve technically and creatively.

2. Resource management :

Resources for project management information system are men, money and materials and minutes, methods ect. So these all resources are to be maintained sufficiently to meet project goals.

3. Ease of use :

What ever the information we are using in the project information, it should be used in simple and clear, so that no ambiguous.

4. Critical path and mile stones :

It means the information system needs critical thinking to maintain systematic way, and step by step process is required.

5. Effective time tracking :

In these system we can go know the things whether we are doing according to timely or not. And we can know our destination.

6. Collaborate easily :

Through the soft ware system the information which is gathered it can be share to the needed persons and so that we can get adequate information and solutions to any problems arises during in project.

7. Agil work flow system :

Through this system the employees who are working those people work very effectively, and creatively due to their skills and knowledge.

8. Third party integration :

It means these information system can use by third party person, that means they can share their information to solve the any problems involving in the project and they can get higher afficials opinions.

9. Customizable work flow :

The work flow from superiors to subordinates it is Customizable and very protective and goal attainable.

10. Native mobile app :

That means in the place it self by using soft ware technology, that information management people may share to the quality analysers and get solutions from them.
