I had involved in a conflict with my co-employee where he blamed me for the situation where I wasn't wrong.Complained to my Manager explaining the situation in a different way.I was not aware of this. All of a sudden Manager questioned me regarding the situation where I never thought that silly jovial conversations will be changed into a conflict.

My way of Handling the conflict :

I initially stated to the Manager that I am no where responsible to that situation and tried to explain that my co-employee had conveyed the situation in a different way and luckily I had another one who is present at the situation. Also I questioned the employee before manager regarding the situations where he behaved at me previously what he is complaining now and there is no more voice from him.

How others handled: For example take the co-employee who complained about me ,he just had no words when I questioned him and was calm and quiet.

Resolution I had is understanding the co -employee and moving on because we are the people who has to work and he later realized his mistake.

Most difficult part of handling conflict for me though I am not wrong I could not remember previous events where I can question or prove that I was not wrong .
