1.Trump Administration Sued Over Ending Funding Of Teen Pregnancy Programs

2. 84 organisations funded by federal government to loose out in funding that was supposed to last till 2020. These organisations were providing sex education programmes working locally to the teenagers to make them aware about the process and DOs and DONTs.

3. The only potential positive effect or outcome could be announcement of fund of $75 million for abstinence education programs. It is shown by researches that "abstinence-only education rarely has a positive effect on teen sexual behavior,". It is expected that this programme funding would be much more helpful than HHS programmes

4. I shall get effected as there would be no or lesser NGOs working to raise awareness about teen pregnancy issues.

5. The first thing I learned is that in US, there were about 60 births per 1,000 girls ages 15 to 19 and now it has fallen to just 24 in last three decades.
