Why do employers provide health insurance coverage to their employees?
Employers offer health insurance because it is for recruiting and retention purposes i.e health insurance is a valuable form of compensation because It is tax deductible to the business and Employees get the benefit with tax benefits.
Plus they themselves can take advantage of less expensive health insurance than they could get on their own as well as tax breaks for the contributions made by the business.
Some of the pros of providing health insurance:

2. Attract and retain the most qualified employees.
3 There are tax advantages for the employee.
4. Ensure the wellness and good health of workers.
