Expert Solution

In corporate meetings and management training, empowerment is thrown around a lot these days, but not all managers can precisely answer what it is when asked. Some consider that it delegates, and others reward their workers.

The fact is that empowerment is more than just a single act or process, it is a organisational culture and the framework of the enterprise.

It fuels their creative juices when a person feels secure in their professional position and recognises that they have the space to think creatively and come up with new ways of doing things.

This can only be accomplished when administrators, who instil in their workers the confidence that their interests count and are strongly respected, are highly motivated on the list. The team was able to step outside of the box in this situation and come up with innovative ways to update the status quo.

Allowing them to take charge of their schedules is another way to motivate workers.

Whoever made the 9-5 working day did not take into account that some persons work more in the evening than in the morning, and before returning to their duties, others require a rest in between.

Let the workers know when it is the right time to work with them.

That may be after dropping out of school or in the early hours of the morning, so they can enjoy the day with their loved ones.
