Adaptation is defined as the action or process of adapting or being adapted.

It means that they will adjust to whatever the situation may be.

  • It includes: Relaxation technique: Meditation, Yoga, Exercise, Deep breathing exercises
  • Task management: Involves critical thinking, coping abilities, accepting challenges, positive thoughts and approach

  • Skillful judgement
