Describe how a researcher might use naturalistic observation, case studies, or survey research to investigate gender differences in aggressive behavior at the workplace. first, state a hypothesis and then Describe your research approach. You should offer at least one citation to support your work.

Solutions

Expert Solution

A researcher can use naturalistic observation, case studies, or survey research to investigate gender differences in aggressive behavior in the workplace.

Naturalistic observation is used to identify the behavior of the people in the natural setting without the knowledge of the people. In this the researcher observe the people for any aggressive behavior and also observe for any gender differences in this aggressive behavior workplace environment.

In Case study, the researcher perform in depth study about the gender differences in the aggressive behaviour at the work place. In this the researcher not only observing the behavior but also asking questions regarding the gender differences among the faculties will be done.

In survey research, the researcher focus on the obtaining the information about prevalence, distribution and interrelations of gender differences in the large population.

HYPOTHESIS

research hypothesis (H1): There is a relationship between the gender differences and the agressive behavior at the workplace

Null hypothesis (H0) : there is no relationship between the gender differences and the aggressive behavior at the work place.

RESEARCH APPROACH

In the research approach, qualitative survey research design can be used. In this, more focus on getting the information about prevalence and interrelation of gender differences with aggressive behavior at the workplace. In this, the data is going to collect by face to face interview, questionnaire regarding the gender differences and the aggressive behavior at the workplace.
