Communication barrier is a great problem for health care institutions. This problem need to resolve very quickly. To overcome communication barrier in health care institutions the resources we shall need are =

1. Use of right communication tools = proper use of communication tools among the employees. The tools may be group chat, record book, surveys, and by direct verbal communication.

2. Consistency = the employees must effectively communicate the message after property understanding the message.

3. Language = a proper ideal language has to chose for official works. This has to maintain by all health care stuffs strictly during communication with each other.

4. Listening = adequate listening and silance is required for proper communication. As it helps to deliver and understood the message properly and effectively.

5. Proper rotation of stuffs = the same and strict contributions of duty time will reduce the complications among the health care stuffs.

6. Patient understanding = proper understanding the of the patient and the family members is required very much to avoid communication barrier. They has to clarify all the conditions in there understandable language.
