As a current or future leader in your field what are some ways you prevent the workplace from becoming a toxic environment? How to you encourage and support strong ethics among your employees?
Leaders must be a responsible person for developing and guiding the full potential in people...As a leader they must be tension free..A leader must be expected to neutralize conflict not allow it to grow and run rampart.. removing toxic from work place is an important for creating a comfortable environment.. this is not only responsible for leaders but also as a worker they must have a concern in it.. Due to Toxic working environment there will be multiple communication problems... Assuming employees issues in certain areas will develop honest and encouragement..so as a leader provide autonomy they need to be a best professional they can.. Approach employees passion or ambition for good decisions and responsibilities outcome..
Encourage team sharing and make some friendly competition among employees.. designated scapegoats induce workplace bullying and formation of cliques.. provide attention to negative feedback that can improve the workplace.. respect the workplace culture and keep collaborative work...make boundaries as a leader it pays to encourage employees to approach you for any concerns and good ideas to share.. because most of the time toxic work place full with tear,passive aggressive leadership, destructive gossip, conniving politics and abundant negativity... Always make positive quotes around your workplace will improve team spirit...
